This is for a photo design project I’m working on currently, we have to splice a picture of us with one of someone famous from the 40’s or 50’s. I picked an actress from the 40’s and am currently working on replacing her face with mine. It’s a bit creepy.
Future drawing of myself as a ninja, I already have a pose I’m thinking of using but the clothes and hairstyle will take time to perfect. In other words it probably won’t be up for quite awhile.
My friend Natalie and I will be working together to do this winters Poetry Jam backdrop. It will be a very large project being that the backdrop is about 5 feet by 10 feet.
I’m working on a cover for a large project in Humanities, I’m not sure what exactly it will be yet but it’s based off the book The Joy Luck Club.
This is for any future paintings or ceramic pieces I’ll be doing.

I’m so happy with the steady stream of views I’ve been getting and all the wonderful comments and favs, they always really cheer me up. I’m so happy that people like my work and take the time to look at it. Once again I want to thank all the people who watch me especially. The fact that you think I’m good enough to check out all my pieces makes me ecstatic. I’d also like to thank all my friends who are so supportive even when they threaten to hurt me because it’s so good (which I don’t think is true).

Life Update-
I’m into my senior year 1 month now and so far it’s going great, if it weren’t for SAT’s and college stuff I’d say it’s the best so far. Sadly though I’m feeling a little lost, college is so confusing and being the first in my family to go means I don’t have anyone close to home that can help. That’s not including the fact I have NO money for college whatsoever. My Dad being the pushover he is won’t even pay for my books because of my step-mother, she’s such a rip. So I’m pissed, I’d thought he might have the decency to at least help out that much but noooo. He gave me some full of crap story about paying bills and such and them not having any money. Suuuure, because poor people buy new Mercedes and houses ALL the time. And people with no money travel as soon as they don’t have to pay child support.

I’m taking the SAT’s for the second time in a month. My first ones are plenty fine for Portland State but if I want scholarships I’ll need to get something better then my miniscule 1120 (not including the writing section). I’m hoping to get a 1200 but we’ll just have to see.

As soon as I’m done with SAT I’m getting a part time job, it’ll be a bit hard with a full schedule though, unlike most seniors I’m taking 7 classes instead of 4 not including my teachers aid class. So come November I’ll most likely be a member of the wonderful fast food industry, weeee. Being my first job I doubt I’ll get anything better but the 2 I’m thinking of that are hiring are on the better side.

On the up side Art Club is part of my schedule once again. I can’t wait for tomorrow, I wonder what Mr.Hack will have us do. I hope he gives me time to work on the pottery wheel; I’ve missed it a lot. We’re going to start painting in class which I’m thrilled about since charcoal is just not my kind of medium though I have to admit I like it a little more now.

All my classes are rather nice except interior decorating which has got to be one of the most boring and juvenile classes I’ve ever taken. Japanese is going better then I ever imagined. I’m the only one in the class with a 100% and though I try not to brag I just can’t help myself, I’m so proud. Photo Design is rather easy I know how to do pretty much everything we’re doing, I knew I should have pushed Murdock to let me skip it and move onto Photo Design 2 but there’s nothing I can do now. My core classes are right up my alley, not too difficult but still challenging and usually interesting.
